The challenge

AND digital need to source senior tech talent, quickly. With an ambitious focus on growth, AND required multiple technical hires in order to help them expand their client offering. As well as this, AND wanted to expand and establish their offices around the UK.

They needed to be able to create a partnership with a company who could provide them with an equally personable approach to hiring. As part of their mission to be known as a digital-first consultancy company, AND required a hands-on help from a team who understood their proposition so as to communicate it to candidates effectively.
